hi:)

does anyone know in what order/length of time etc the buttons on a smartkey need to be pressed in order to control PC Control 1.

i have a relay wired in to control a garage door, i can open/close the door via wintex and then connect app so i'm confident that side of it is working.

going off the document below, PC Control 1 is mapped to the disarm button, so i'm holding the power button down until the indicator turns turquoise, then pressing the power button.
it isn't activating the relay and i get text on the control panel asking if i want to arm etc.

it talks about enabling the function keys via either engineers keypad (which if seperate item i don't have) or via ricochet monitor (which i have) but i cannot find anything in there.

i'm obviously doing something wrong still, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

you need to program the smart key for AUX if I recall correctly, and its been mentioned on here several times.

if you have programmed up the output for pc control 1 and you have programmed the smartkey, then it should work.

Yes it's the programming the smartkey to aux I'm having trouble with.

I'll have another search of the forum as couldn't find anything on how to actually do it.

Edit: sorted it, for anyone else that may struggle to find it.

once you learn the smartkey via the control panel, select number 2 this will enable the aux function.

Cheers
