Is the inside of the board dimpled? If so it could be asbestos cement board. It turns up more often than you might think in cabinets and cupboards.
Don't worry though, it's not dangerous. Although it does need to be treated and disposed of correctly.
it looks similar to the asbestos I found in my house though the best thing to do is take a sample and send it to a lab as no one can really tell you form the pictures, I did that at my house, it was only £15 a sample... or you can even use amazon kits that have a return label etc - if you're so worried use gloves and a mask when taking a sample and double bag it before sending it
