You need a 12V constant voltage LED driver.
The driver you have is not suitable, as it's constant current and designed for 3 individual 1W LEDs in series.

The lamp has an integral driver that takes a 12 Volt supply and then drives the correct current through the LED element.
The LED Driver in the picture is trying to drive 250 mA into the driver in the lamp which is not what the driver in the lamp wants.
Find a 12 volt DC power supply.

The voltage on the output terminals of a driver is the voltage necessary to drive the required current through the load.

hi, having so much fun trying to make a small light to put inside an old camera , so i bought this together with a G4 2W LED Light Bulb 2835 AC DC 12V Capsule bulb all it does is strobe what am i doing wrong any help welcome cheers

I’m begging you now can you please stop posting wrong information on this forum. If you don’t actually know about the subject matter or you’re not sure then just don’t post. There are plenty of helpful people who do know the correct information as shown in this thread.

It clearly says 3 times 1w on that driver. So not incorrect information.
It is not a “crappy design”. It is not intended to be used with a lower load. You have posted incorrect information.
You will need a 12v constant VOLTAGE LED driver that is rated as 6 watts or more.
