You don't have to. If you Google Facebook plus her name plus the council name, you get hits to FB pages.

It looks like you must have a FaceBook account to access any facebook pages.
As I don't, and I don't want an account I can't access Facebook pages.
But if anyone relies on facebook as their sole and reliable source of information, they'll probably find out their neighbour is an alien.

fbi agents can access any page, even your private folder where you keep your family photos, or maybe something of more interest to them...

even FBI agents will have a hard time accessing pages of accounts that don't exist.
