Foundations lower on one side

Thanks for all the responses. I'll have another chat with my builder about it. The plans show a course of trench blocks to ground level with engineering bricks up to dpc.

Footings were inspected before the concrete was poured. I foolishly assumed the people doing the pour would ensure everything was level but they didn't.

Eh? You expected the concrete supplier to know where your DPC is, what your intended concrete depth was and to peg it out and tamp it level?

Concrete suppliers supply concrete. They may offer barrow or pump service. They are not mind readers and do not usually have a copy of the drawings either. They deliver the concrete clean up and go to their next job. I have never seen a level on a concrete truck in 40 years of building, lol.

Why did you not peg it out to the level you wanted?

I did say 'foolishly'. It's not like I'm buying in concrete regularly to know what they do/don't do. Mistakes were made, and I know for next time... Not that I plan and doing this again.

My main focus is on moving forward and how to rectify it.
