andrew stated he would give any help required from any investigation, so now there is nothing stopping him going to america and being prepared to put himself on the stand...

Why won't he do that if he is as he claims 'innocent'?

With any luck he'll now get the chance to do just that in an English court.

I’m sure he is being protected still by the royal family. Stripped of titles. Moved out of his 30 bedrooms home into another is a smoke screen. They are hiding him away from the public instead of cutting him loose and sending him on his way. What are they preventing us from knowing?
