Hello

I know I have a couple of flat roofs that are leaking as there are a couple of brown patches appear not long after we moved in once the rain started. They will be repaired soon.
However on further inspection elsewhere near the two roofs there are what appears to be other brown spots. These haven’t got bigger (I think) since were moved in.
Just wondered if these stains once the issues resolved stay as they are or fade away?

Just trying to gauge if there’s more leaks or if historic

Thanks

Stains on stains with wet bubbling surface?
If just stains it could be historic.

Then upload. Image will be way smaller

No the stains will not fade away once the leak is stopped.
You will need to give it a coat of stain block before painting

Ok after the event is fine.
So there’s no way to know if some of these are historic?
