So got onto making a start with sorting this out today.
Couldn't get the pipes down to the centre line of the rsj due to too much other stuff already fixed to the joists can't see that it'll make much difference.
I'll get the pipes nicely central in the holes when I fit the next pair of pipe clips the other side of the rsj.

See if you can find a grommet or put insulation around the pipes where they pass in the holes, otherwise they might make noise.

yep dont leave those pipes touching the rsj
