2 outside lights only 1 PIR working

Hi, I’ve replaced a conventional outside light with 2 LED lights with built in PIRs.
However only one of the PIRs is working.
I have attached my wiring diagram.
Any ideas?
Should each light have its own supply maybe?
Assistance appreciated

I assume it's the one furthest away from the switch that isn't working?
