Trump is suing the BBC for Ten Billion USD.

Fact is the BBC made big mistake

But 5 billion trump is having a laugh

And let’s not forget that Trump pardoned some or all of the fruit cakes that actually took part in the caper

Some of whom actually violently assaulted police and other officials who were put in fear of thete lives / safety

The entire caper was a total disgrace imo

some of the fruit cakes who were released were re arrested after release for committing other crimes

Threats, court appearances, fines, imprisonment.

How many are imprisoned?

How many?

The most bonkers, ridiculous subscription service in the world. Other countries look at it with disbelief.

Including the dozens who also have a licence fee to fund public service broadcasting?

Including those where the fee is higher than ours?

What about those where people who don't even have a TV still have to pay?

Which they had the opportunity to do, but didn't.
nosenout shares his wisdom
MBK smokes and chokes on far right wealthy populists. Trump must make him giddy. He would skip a merry dance if the BBC coffed up. The poor old duffer nearly wept when Bernie Ecclescake had to give up 3/4 of his fortune.
and posts lies
Add spineless to that (I always know the speed limit).
don't you? maybe its time to give up driving if you don't know the speed limit.

No win no fee law firms are more than a match for big business, as witness the cost of private US healthcare. No one has suggested the basic claim was a try on, but punitive compensation of the amount awarded was way over the top.
The injustice was the naming of the Stella Awards, after the case. Her case appeared trivial, but she suffered real damages and did not ask for unreasonable compensation. Some of the Awards named after her are truly bonkers. There is a case of a woman climbing a drain pipe to sneak in to a club without paying who slips and claims for injury, or the person who slipped on spilt water that she had just thrown over her husband in a restaurant.
