What foam gun?

Yeah left mine for months for sure, probably not years tho.

I'll be using it regularly For new door frames tbh.
Plus any other holes I can find.

But again the end of the nozzle where it exits is exposed and will expand/harden?

That was my point sorry.

I premed it had to be flushed out after each use.
Or I was going to cap off/tape the end so it's not exposed.

Thanks for the advice.

You can spray some of the acetone cleaner on the end of the nozzle to clean it.

This may not be needed, if you scrape off the foam when you next use it.

You don’t need to ‘flush’ it

With the gun I linked, I just scrape off anything around the nozzle, and sometimes give it a quick rub across the end with sandpaper or rub it on a brick. I just leave the can on. Max length of time is easily 4-5 months.

Awesome.
After years of using canned stuff with screw on plastic tubes this ses
The way forward.

Just got googled now what the end twist/adjustable cap is for?

Allow a certain amount of air in I presume?

Leave it open or closed after use?
There again if it's not been mentioned it. Ants do much...
