Do you remember Mayor Rudy Giuliani when he took over New York.

He cleaned up the city literally.
His philosophy was repair the broken windows, clean the streets of rubbish. Keep the hedges and grass neat and tidy.
While not ignoring crime and the bigger stuff. It was important to get the little easy things done.

I bought his book. I read a few paragraphs then fell asleep. But I got the gist of what his philosophy. The result was a stark noticeable difference from when he started to when he left his office.

While I agree with the sentiment, I’d rather see bigger issues fixed first.
