Yes they are warm on the surface but stab you in the back as you walk away. I've learned that from personal experience. And I'm not talking about a minority.

The "Broken Windows" theory has been around for about 50 years.

It's easier to resolve the low hanging fruit problems to give the impression of a working authority.

But you did comment without being aware of the sources from where he redirected the funds.
Peter Murrell redirected £400,000 to make himself look better, but it's only when we become aware of the source of thoise funds that we see the real Peter Murrell.
