They were not ill equipped.
In fact, they had guns and tazers.
But because of woke people like you they are supposed to police the streets with their hands tied behind their back.
In America or Pakistan or South Arabia, the 2 ******* would've been made to kneel down at gunpoint and if they didn't comply, shot without hesitation.
Note, this treatment happens in Muslim countries too.
