Me personally, if I had the money, I'd have a house built to the highest modern spec, but with reclaimed materials so as to make it look old. Country cottage style.

All sounds realistic and he speaks sense. Of course it all falls flat on it's face when it comes down to us all acting in unity, that will never happen and so it continues.
