Notice how once the trolls jump onto a conversation, the whole dynamics change from sensible debate into just looking to insult certain posters. It is really tiresome. Of course their opinions have to be the correct one and nobody elses opinion matters other than to then start to throw their insults towards that poster.

I want an elected PM to have more power than an unelected judge or a bunch of free loading lags thst sit in the house of Lords.

I should have pointed out when using words like elect or elected that democracy is the strongest holiest sacred law thats written in stone.

So when he proposes spending the money the right say we don't have, enacting the policies you don't want to pay for, you'll vote him out.

Then the right will get on with not building or investing in the very infrastructure you want but won't pay for, enriching their mates and shareholders instead. And you'll lap it up.

That's the way it works, isn't it?

The Sentencing Act 2026 is Labour's work. They haven't done the proper analysis to work out if the proposals lead to the wrong people being let out or unfair punishment for the financially better off. Its a bit of a mess, like most of the legislation they have come up with.
 
I would’ve found the driver guilty of murder but difficult to pin that on the passengers
