To the best of my knowledge I've never committed any crimes in my 50 odd years.

The arithmetic to your question is relatively straightforward however.

(for each city, town, village) White criminal activity minus all non white criminal activity equals the amount of criminal activity taking place. Do you think that answer is near zero?
