Not repairable by someone asking how to on a DIY forum.
Respect. Not being able to get the circuit diagram is the issue. Am mindful of implications of ‘probing’ magnetron and high voltages area I would have not ventured to. I am also aware that this is a DIY forum as such my knowledge will be considered as baseline or nil ( see this all the time in plumbing section) . I am comfortable with this assumption.

On a sidenote, posted a query about Beko tumble dryer a while ago where I could get the diagram. Repaired the appliance where Mrs DP was ready to go out and get a new dryer. As a gas engineer, often do repairs where others throw new parts at the boiler. Thank you all the chaps who posted and also who could not advise due to safety concerns. I am comfortable with all that

PS. Fact that the microwave was not in use, only circuit that is powered at that moment is the filter board at the start ( caps are not blown and are in good condition), and the display board. The on board fuse does not blow but the MCBO trips suggesting the issue might be some component ( like on SMPS filter section ) conducting to earth. MCBO is 30 amp circuit- short circuit would have blown the 13 amp fuse ( or what ever the maker installed) in the plug .
