Does anyone know how much a principle designer charges for a 2 storey new build home estimated 160-170k. I was planning on arranging all contractors myself as I have enough contacts/friends in each trade to complete 90% of the work. It's not something I've heard of.

This is the sort of moulding i seen, made it look like the down pipe was going into it. I considered having it as a balcony roof instead of a normal roof bu need to see how this alters things as your floor would then have to be waterproof.
