    i agree the patch will not work. the canoe is discontinued hence cannot obtain a replacement easily.

    Hi thought id ask you brain boxs for advice. my inflatable blaldder has a strange tear at the seam. if it was a puncture i would just patch it,but due to the location at the seam im struggling for the best repair method. thanks Ad.

    Thanks Salamander but how can that explain it then switching off ? .i can see why that would explain it switching on when you are not using it. But its switching off whilst the shower is still running.then it comes on again. A.

    hi ive got the Tweeny Chelsea disposer and after removing some glass from the unit have turned it back on.nothing but a humming sound. pressed the reset button,but no obvious click from the button,and unit wont come on again. is there some trick to get the reset button to engage? Thanks A

    Mira flight (old design) shower drain cannot unassemble

    Hi, ive attached a pic of what is a Mira flight drain.looks older than other online ones. the drain is blocking and ive removed the lid but there doesnt appear to be a "cup" insert that you can then lift out and remove hair from. Any advice -thanks ! Ade.

    mulch around it,ensure its got decent drainage (nothing radical) and dont crop it this year.should be fine. if risk of frost,maybe put some loose straw around the base .
