tweeny food disposers-reset button not working (Pic attached)

hi
ive got the Tweeny Chelsea disposer and after removing some glass from the unit have turned it back on.nothing but a humming sound.

pressed the reset button,but no obvious click from the button,and unit wont come on again.

is there some trick to get the reset button to engage?

It’s probably jammed, turn off the electricity to it and use “something “ to turn the insides.

thanks . i was able to move the fins forwards and backwards to free them up.
