Are package sewage treatments plants the best off mains option?

I've not seen them Vortex pumps before i'll have to have a read up on them more. I've had a look at the Klargester biodisc which seems like a good idea depending on how good the ground is after digging some test holes. They are quite pricey though. No mains gas also means LPG or biomass so it...

Are package sewage treatments plants the best off mains option?

I've seen a plot of land for sale semi rural which has no mains sewage. It's 80m down hill from a road that has a sewer running the opposite direct so joining into it isn't an option. Planning dept. and united utilities aren't ever keen on systems that pump up hill and they also work out...

    Replacing or painting sky dish

I'll go with the matt spray finish or a new dish then depending on how bad it is once close up. From what i have read it seems to be ok to remove and refit without altering the signal too much. Thanks everyone.

    Replacing or painting sky dish

If i was to replace or paint my ageing sky dish, if i was to remove it and replace it with a new dish is there an easy way to make sure it's set up the same or would i need someone to set it all again and check the signal? I don't have the equipment for this.

    Re-sanding block paved drive problem?

i used a patio attachment because everything i've read said not to use a lance as it blasts out the sand from deep down which you don't want. It said to only remove the sand from the top half of the paving. it brushes in and looks well but then some parts it comes out or part of it does. Two of...

Im familiar with most components in the boiler but not 100% on the pressure vessel. Is this something...

Patio cleaners & jointing sand stabiliser?

I've had a block paved drive down for the past 5 years and once a year i treat with path clear and rake out moss between the joints. I've always avoided pressure washing because it removes a lot of sand and can also remove the finish coat from man made bricks and flags. I have noticed now...
