That's the question? I am doing a floor and part wall - 4sqm each. Shall I get a 20kg bag of Bal PTB flexible adhesive for the floor, and a 20kg bag of the BAL Single Part Flexible adhesive for walls, or will 2 x the first be ok? I am tiling with slate.

after a bit of hunting around I have found a male 3/4 inch compression coupling. I have only found ones that connect to 22mm tube though. Is it the best solution to run 22mm tube straight to the shower valve or find a 3/4 inch to 15mm coupling which I haven't been able to so far, or should I use...

I've got this hidden valve: It has 3 3/4 inch feeds - one hot, one cold, then then one that I am running to a fixed shower rose. what type of fitment do I need to connect these to copper pipe? (I guess 15mm). Links would be great. Many thanks Chris

I only need 4 - two sets of two, so I think I'll end up buying the whole shebang in one go. Seems as though this is the most common way they are sold.

cheers for that - there's some nice stuff on there. I'd be happy to mix and match some stuff from there (ceiling rose, lamp holder, flex) with a shade from somewhere else. Nice shades on there own are quite hard to come by. So i might be forced to get something that includes everything.

hmmm, couldn't find a black ceiling rose, or lamp holder... found the flex though. If I can find the rose, this will be my solution I think.

if you could post links that would be great. It's a new build/renovation and if I can get them in time, a sparky will be doing the work. I think unless I am mistaken, that you can replace a ceiling rose in a kitchen on your own anyway.
