    How easy is it to replace cast iron guttering/down pies/soil pipes with plastic? Someone told me that it's a nightmare to get off as it's so heavy? Would I need scaffolding or just ladders ok?

    Do I need planning permission for a sectional garage? I've read on a website somewhere that a sectional garage doesn't need it because it is regarded as a portable building and will be under 30m2 and under 70m3. However I'm not sure tat this is still the case.
