I'm going to be building a false wall for a shower and will be installing a towel rad on the other side of the wall. Is there anything protection wise that I should do with the 15mm copper pipe inside the false wall? (If needs be I can create bends so that there are no joints inside the wall.)

I'm planning on buying a core drill to pass a 40mm waste pipe through our medium density block walls. Should I get a 40mm or 42mm drill core? I can get hold of a 40mm one much cheaper than a 42mm for some reason but not sure if there would be enough play.

So to sum up, now that we have a combi boiler there is no real need for 22mm pipes anywhere from the boiler if I can utilize 15mm ones?
