    yes its got a dpm under it and insulation. It did rain about an hour after it was layed. So still the golden question is a leveling compound a ok solution?

    toilets are all mains feed so thats ok, i will put a non return value on the washing machine feed. If pump does pack up one day (they do last a while) im 99% sure that you will still get hot water just not at pressure

    lol good start :) Cold storage is a 100 gallon tank. The cold tank is about a meter + half above where the pump will be (cold tank on a raised platform) Only reason i looked at a surrey as it was a simple swap around, have looked at the techflange as well

    No the tank is at max 15 years old and seems in good nick. The storage tank in the loft is MASSIVE!! although without checking i would 99% sure say its big enough.

    Will i need a "flange" if installing it on the shelf?, any guide on how i can avoid air from the h/w tank getting into the pump would be great..........ie best place to cut into the vent off pipe and route it

    Yes the "flow" is poor.....mains is fine. Kinda Stuck with that tap now as it matched the bath tap design, but i need to buy 2 more taps for other rooms....would like a similer design if possible or will nothing like that work?

    Having a new bathroom suite fitted at the moment. Just had the basin installed but for some reason the hot water pressure if poor to the tap. Its a mono tap like this Its connected using 15mm flexi hoses. All the other taps in the house seem fine.................any ideas?
