It’s not just a yes or no ….as not knowing what program options have been set there could be multiple reasons as to what you have described ….there are probably hundreds of variables on the Texecom depending of programming options

I would …. Part set then activate a guard zone and see what happens as it may be the case of a pre alarm and it was turned off before a full activation ? Did you have to reset the alarm ?

FFS …Smoke alarms bleep when the back up battery is getting low …..for weeks even months ….i think someone would notice …anyway if you fit the AICO smokes all you need to do is release the faulty one and slide in a new unit …no need to isolate anything
