Old FERMAX intercom doesn´t ring up

Im having problems with my old fermax intercom. It doesn´t ring up in my house, it only shows the camera.

It has a monitor that never showed anything besides the camera, and i don´t know wich combination i achieved for it to be "mute". It has 5 buttons that visually dont do anything. When im on the street and ring it up, the camera turns on and i can open the door, but there is no signaling sound to alert me...

Ive seen the supposed maual for it, and it shows me a menu that should pop up to configurate the intercom, but it never appeared to me.

The photo i´ll share shows the monitor with its 5 buttons and a flashing red light that is always on.
