    i havesmall gaps due to uneven wall between my skirting, im in an upstairs flat and this causes somehow a draught to come up these gaps , can i get away with just caulking the gap or should i think of removing the skirting and using expanding foam in the grounging area behind the skirting.?

    i stay in an old property- at the front door i have a skirting which is made of concrete ! ! - i removed the gloss paint from them the best i can using paint stripper and sanding the question is now was the best application to get them glossed up white again ? - any advice on undercoat etc?
