    latest update,so this morning i shut down the CH,when it cooled down i got the drip again,i took of the excisting motor and the drip stopped :shock: i rewired and put a new motor in and it started dripping again so must be the valve not closing properly,i hit the valve a couple of good whacks...

    cheers again footprints,the whole valve was changed about 2 years ago,i already have a spare motor so will just leave it and see what happens,if it stops working then can change the motor,and if that dosent work then will get my plumber mate in to replace the whole valve. is there any problems...
