I need to remove theses poles but the bases are set into the ground. I can take the sections off the wall but will need to somehow remove the base sections the driveway is concrete. Can anyone advise the best way to remove or cut them. They look like scaffold type poles.

Hoping someone can help with this toilet seat which has broken lid.
I've looked at the brackets and can't see how the seat comes off. Doesn't seem to be any screws or fixings to undo.
Can anyone advise how the seat is removed and a replacement one so I can refit it, it's an odd shape.

I have just replaced a mixer tap in my motorhome sink. The hole is just slightly bigger than the tap. Any idea where I can buy a base ring to conceal the hole and fit the tap on top? Needs to be flat & chrome.

I'm about to fit some reveal trim around the patio doors but there is quite a gap that will be left when the horizontal trim is fitted above the door frame.
The gap looks to big to fill with caulk/sealant

Have just wired up the bellbox as per manual using connections ABCDS like for like at both panel and bell box.
system is clear but bell box isn't operating. Have taken cover off and tamper doesn't even come up

Last piece to infil where the patio doors are and it's a piece that needs to be fitted tongue first. It's on 50mm wide but it keeps popping out.
it will have a quadrant fitted over the gap between door and floor when finished.
