Render the wall and paint it in masonary paint, every 3 months or so/ whenever you see fit. Just paint it again!! No need for blasting ever :)

They said to me that they realise it will cost them for cancellation. If I work out my hourly rate and losses re postage, restocking and consumable non returns. I'm looking at a grand :(
