I have recently had my kitchen refitted including sockets etc. Previously i had a sky box which is used as a digibox but could receive whatever channel is on in the lounge on my Sky + box... I have now brought a new Freeview telly but i'm not receiving a signal so i connected the Sky box back...

Hope someone can help....I have had to turn off the power to replace light fittings and now the shower won't heat up.. Is this just a coincidence, because the power was off or something unrelated?

Hi, I have bought a wooden fire surround second hand, the chrome rings with clips are in the underside of the mantle and i have the wire with transformer and connectors but there doesn't appear to be a way of fastening the bulbs into the chrome rings, can anyone tell me whats missing......

I have just replaced a tap washer on a basin tap exactly as the Homeserve.com video. I reassembled the tap and turned the water supply back on. When i tested the tap, the water runs but i cant turn it off, what have i done wrong?????

I have started to get minor shocks from my washing machine. I have tested the earth wire with an electric screw driver and there seems to be a current running through it.. i may be stupid but this can't be right, can it????? HELP!!!!
