    I appreciate there are lots of Cold Rad topics on here but mine might be unusual. Our bathroom rad.only gets hot if room thermostat is set to 23/24 + degrees. obviously not ideal temp.cost wise,plus makes rest of bungalow to warm. Could this be anything different,to answers already...
