I have multifinish abd bonding on me in the shed, can I achieve the same sort of finish with either of these or do I need a trip down to B&Q?

I only gave it one coat. What about using Zinsser 123 as it sounds like it has similar stuff to the BIN but its water based not oil or am I just better off using an oil based undercoat?
