Can I just ask a stupid question. When it was all complete with mixer/blender ect. If I turned off the flow and return to the boiler with some lock off valves before the manifold and pump in theory then creating a loop within itself I still get no flow O on the flow pots. How is this possible...

Hey, Poor flow around my CH underfloor heating system just installed. I have changed everything possible and now have manifold direct in to boiler to try and find out what it could be with still no or not much flow to allow the heat to be pushed around. Thanks

Hey yeah I could try that. the manifold has no restrictions on it. when I know what the issue is and if it’s boiler side I will get him back. but over last few days we been thinking it was the underfloor manifold side witch he knows little about. But we have changed mixer, pots, manifold pumps...

It is nothing after restricting it as I have Plumbed it in to just the underfloor heating manifold to eliminate eveythi g else. no values no mixer no nothing just flow and return to manifold. So it’s something in the boiler stopping the flow. thanks

I mean even if it was a 6 port would struggle with mixer complete. It’s a proper good pump.
