Thanks guys Well wickes sell cellotex general insulation board and also cavity wall insulation board. Which one should I use? If I have a 100mm cavity between brick and board would I fit 100mm thick board or would I need to leave an air gap as well? Thanks

just in case it isn't clear from what I said - I assume the insulation will be going in the cavity between brick and plasterboard which is created by the batons
