just got my invoice for a brickwall built and a window installed, it was 100 pounds more than we agreed anyways i rang the guy he was 100% sure he was right , he was not , also told him im keeping 10% of total agreeded as he made me wait in for a day and half , ha ha he actually agreed my time...
just had a brick wall built ,young guy just finished his time and did a great job, i was clearing up today and noticed below ground level the course of bricks with no pointing is this ok ??????????

hi i need to lay 2 x 10 mm speedfit pipes along the concrete floor below joists for approx 5 metres also at 2 points it may come in contact with 2 electrical cables at different locations going across the room i know this is not ideal but will it be ok cheers
