    Firebird flue problem

    i'm trying to clean the flue on a condensing Environmax after the condensate pipe blocked. The boiler soots up immediately. I'm struggling to see how to clean the flue/ condesate pathways? Anyone seen this? I'm thinking I may need to remove the boiler and pressure clean it somehow. Thanks.
