Thanks ill have a look if not have i broken it? before i had these replaced the older ones would simply stick closed but the head/selecter of the TRV would still turn so i would knock the pin and it would be fine, but im worried becasue i cannot turn the TRV its self Thanks

Thanks for the reply I cant get the information as im not at home for the next few days, however someone has mentioned that sometimes low gas pressure, can casue the boiler to take longer to light and this may be the casue as sometimes the gas pressure that is distributed to the home can drop
