Baxi 105, one minute dhw ok next day stone cold and so on.Suspect diaphram washer but could there be other causes before i change it.

have a lok at where diaphragm is , when HW tap is turned on a pin should come out of the middle of housing and strike a microswitch if pin isn`t coming out it is your diaphragm

is boiler a 105e or 105 instant ?
