I have a 110mm soil stack that has rubber rings inside where the soil pipe enters it as pictured below. I’m wondering since I’ve remove the pipe that enters it a few times and the rubber is about 15 years old can these rubber rings be changed in their own? The rubber ring does come out. It’s just slotted into a recess. If so where can I get these rings from? Or should I just clean and re-use?

Identify the manufacturers name from the marking on the pipe and Google the details

Usually a bit more to it than that, if the seal is coming in and out easily I'd wager it has shrunk with age, and is unlikely to reseal. My understanding is during manufacture, the seal is positioned then the snap ring is fitted to hold the seal in place, and ensure a watertight joint provided the correct jointing method is used. Once a joint has been made, it will probably remain watertight for a lifetime unless disturbed, in which case it cannot be remade.

I would strongly suspect if you try and inset a pipe into that socket now, it will displace the seal, and leak. Unfortunately I think you will need to replace the entire fitting and if that is fitted into a socket below, then that will have to be cut out and the section redone.

I understand what you mean. I’ve got one of those soil pipes with flared end and ring that have gasket too. But I also bought a brand new T stack. The soil pipe with the flared opening and ring in it has what you are talking about and the seal isn’t removable. But the Tee stack is 100% not like that. Even the new T stack I bought is exactly the same where the rubber ring is removable. There is a recess in the inside where the seal sits perfectly in and to take it out you can lift it and pull away. It does provide a very good seal and is super tight when in inserting the pipe. I was just thinking since im in there and removed the pipe going in if there’s a reason to change it.

As suggested, these seals usually change with age and become hard/brittle or shrink and once undone, experience has shown that they rarely seem to seal properly again. To what degree they have degraded though would be down to feel. In other words, with a little silicone grease applied, how pliable does the seal feel and when the joint is remade is the seal ok and how tight and secure does the connection feel.

If if feels as tight and secure as it was when it was new and the seal is OK then you may get away with it. Only way to be really sure though would be to air test but that isn't really DIY territory.
