Anybody shed some 'light' on this please ?
I have inherited low voltage lighting when i bought the house. The other night when i switched them on, they remained lit for a few minutes then died !!
A neighbour checked it out and said the transformer is bust, but was concerned to see that, 8 20w lights were running off the one transformer. He can't get access to the ceiling to see if there was another but it didn't look likely as you could see that all the lights were linked together. There is no access from upstairs, newly tiled bathroom floor ( oop's ). Can i replace the transformer using the 2.5mm feed as previosly wired or does it all have to be changed ??
Help!
Kris :)
