I’m trying to get by extension which is 10 years old through regularisation I’m having trouble with building control.

Single ply roof or
Felt roof.

Having issue with fire regs with him. He is giving me no options at all.

Or what about decra tiles or metrotile

Any help please.

Sorry what best out of the four options and any advice on them. Sorry wasn’t clear.

You can get some proper tiles that go down lower than 14° - Redland Regent.

You can felt the roof as per a flat one, the batten and counter-batten and tile with any other tile you like

Mineral felt and spar chippings should satisfy external flame spread

Avoid metal tiles unless you want the joy of shanty-town pitter-patter whenever it rains
