Hi all recently bought an ex rental property that was decorated throughout before we bought it. Noticed on one of the walls this has happend. Picture attached...Been shut up a year.. doesn't seem wet but not nice ... Hopefully a light sand and fill will sort it.. any ideas .. not even a rad on this wall. And outside seems ok
17 year rental been decorated however....
