Can you get a pdf file version of the Red Book?
I don't think so. They published a PDF of the draft version but that had a time limit which passed many months ago. I also doubt they would create another one because it would be too easy to distribute and they obviously like their profit considering it probably doesn't cost more than about £15 to print yet costs over £50...
