2 gang 2 way question

Hi I have 2 sets of lights that are controlled by 2 different switches (2 gang 2 way) from each side of the room.

One set of switches, they are all in the “off” position. The other side, 1 switch is off, the other switch is in the “on” position but the light is still off.

So in effect one side of the room. The switches are same position when both lights are on/off
The other side, when both lights are off, switches are opposite.

On the back of the switches I have the usual COM L1 and L2 - can this be sorted so switches are in the same position always - unless I turn a light on from one side of the room and then turn off from the other end?

Swap L1 and L2 over in the offending switch...I think.
