Currenlty have a half lantern outside the back of my house controled by a sfs fed from a double socket inside the house. Will i be able to run some cable from this light into a a small bulkhead around the corner? Need a little extra light and thought this would be the easiest way?

Probably.

Things to watch out for:

Can the lamp terminals take a second set of conductors?

Is there a way to make the extra entry point weatherproof?

Use the right sort of cable for external exposure.

If need be i can take the cable its an ip rated box and use this as a juncuon box for the 2 lights. Just wondered if the sfs could take 2 light?

Yes you can add a fuction box and come from that.

Or from the existing light.

Or from the existing sfs.

Or you could add another sfs from somewhere else, if done correctly.

Reminds me of that joke...

Two blokes in a pub.

"your round" says one.

"f*ck off you cheeky b*stard" says the other.
