Have bought a house with 2 Combi boilers running upstairs and downstairs circuits. Would it be possible to install 2 identical wifi thermostat controls and configure for each boiler or would this lead to wifi frequency conflict as they share same frequency?

The thermostats will not conflict as they do not use different carrier frequencies to distinguish one thermostat from the other. The signal is encoded, similar to the way wireless car keys work.
