2006 Fiesta TDCI - Oil In Turbo Pipe

My sister has a 06 Fiesta Tdci 60k miles.

Had a few tiny drips of oil on the driveway for the last few months (one drip ever few days).
It appears that the pipe from the air box leading into the turbo had a loose jubilee clip.
I took of the pipe to find a small amount of oil in the pipe. Is this normal?

Its usual to find a certain amount of oil deposited in these pipes - its just from crankcase breathers etc so don't worry about it just now - all turbo diesels do it, even from new.
Do keep an eye out for excessive smoke and oil consumption, obviously.
